The Mindjet Technology Guarantee entitles individuals who purchase MindManager 8 (new or upgrade) from July 12, 2010 until the launch of MindManager Version 9 for Windows to receive a free electronic download upgrade to the new version when it becomes available.
How does the Mindjet Technology Guarantee work?
Customers must purchase or upgrade to MindManager 8 for Windows between July 12, 2010 and the launch of MindManager Version 9. Please download the Technology Guarantee PDF for details. It contains important information and conditions, such as how to obtain the free upgrade to MindManager 9.
When MindManager Version 9 for Windows is available, customers can go to http://mindjet.com/support/contact/overview to redeem their free upgrade.
Important: The free upgrade to MindManager Version 9 is available as an electronic download only and must be redeemed by September 30, 2010. Upgrade requests made after the 30th of September will not be fulfilled.
